Residential Villa

The property, located in a private cul-de-sac, is comprised of three bedrooms, a living room, dining room, and kitchen. It went through a major upgrade to extend its size to five-bedrooms (two with en-suite bathrooms), refitted family bathroom and refitted kitchen with completely building infrastructure materials, insulated walls, double glazed conservatory and a high-tech security system. I was commissioned to take on board the following tasks: assessment of client’s requirements, functionality design review of all spaces, material selection and material BOQ , and contract management.
