A four-bedroom penthouse, located in the northern part of Tripoli with a prestigious and breathtaking sea view situated on the top floor on phase two of the Alhariri development. Sharing no common walls and encompassing almost 400 sqm of built area in addition to 500 sqm of private terrace. The interior living space is on one level, an incomparable four-bedroom, five bath home with a high balcony that affords a stunning panoramic view.

I was commissioned to review the proposed space design, the functionality of the spaces, selection of materials, and furniture layout. I ensured that the end result exceeded the client’s expectations while delivering at the highest standard. The project is due to be completed December 2021.
