A property situated in Sri Lanka, near to Negombo, a few minutes from the international airport. The property extends seven acres and hosts a house of (4,000 sq ft), office building (2,000 sq ft), generator room (100 sq ft) and a swimming pool (800 sq ft). The house is in the construction phase and to be completed in June 2021.

We were commissioned by the homeowner to review the functionality of the proposed designs, improve the energy of the space, and elevate the flow and the adequacy of space usability of the villa to create their dream home.
