The property is a purpose-built, detached office building located on the north side of Chiswick High Road.
The property provides approximately 2,845 sqm with a total of five floors including the ground floor and one basement level. As the Design Consultant, I was commissioned to supervise the
repurposing of the building to accommodate 250-300 offices. My consultancy involved the assessment of client’s requirements, total design review of functionality of spaces, material selection and material BOQ, contract management, and operation and management plan of the facilities.
